WOODSTOCK, ONT. - Victims of William Charles Rath’s alleged investment fraud scheme have upped the ante in an attempt to find justice.

The group has raised the reward for information that will lead to his “successful apprehension” from $25,000 to $100,000.

Rath, 71, is suspected of bilking hundreds of people through the TCI investment club between 1998 and 2005, and is named in an Ontario-based class-action lawsuit seeking US$765 million in damages.

In April 2012, Interpol put him on its wanted list related to separate fraud and money-laundering charges in Kentucky dating back to 1996.
