VANCOUVER - A man found guilty of posting sexual pictures of a teenage girl at a Pitt Meadows rave on Facebook won’t be allowed to watch porn as one of his court-ordered conditions following his sentencing Monday.
Dennis John Allen Warrington, 21, pleaded guilty in December to distributing obscene material but won’t serve jail time.
Over the next 18 months he will be required to perform 120 hours of community service, take counselling, stay sober, have no contact with the victim and comply with other conditions.
On Sept. 11, 2010, about 200 people were partying at a rural barn when Warrington saw people having sex on the grass.
He posted three pictures to the Internet and removed them within a day, but by then they had gone viral.
The court heard how the victim, 16 at the time, took a drink and blacked out.
She found out about the photos from friends the next day.
