The 43-year-old accused owns and operates the Norwayne Anderson Models talent agency where the assaults allegedly took place, police said.
Anderson allegedly approached a then 16-year-old boy on 1996 on the street and told him he could be a model, police said.
The boy started modelling for the agency and he was allegedly sexually assaulted in the accused's home studio.
Police also allege that another 15-year-old boy was sexually assaulted at Anderson's home studio between July and September 2000.
Norwayne Anderson, 43, of Toronto was arrested last month and charged with two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual exploitation, police said.
Police also allege that between the fall of 2009 and the summer of 2010, another man who was modelling for Anderson was sexually assaulted.
