TORONTO — A high-risk sex offender, who served 15 years behind bars for beating a teen prostitute into a coma faces new charges.

Toronto Police say Hassan Steven Jarrar, 41, has been re-arrested on “multiple” offences less than two years after being freed from prison.

The former male stripper received a life sentence for what a judge called his “cruel and savage attack” on a 19-year-old hooker known only as “Dana.”

He was 23 when he picked the sex trade worker up on Mar. 12, 1996. He beat her so badly that her skull was cracked. Then he dumped her partially nude body in a snow bank.

She lay in the cold for 10 hours before a passing motorist found her near death.

The woman woke up after six weeks in a coma, then had to re-learn how to walk and talk.

A source tells QMI Agency the new allegations against Jarrar are “much worse.”
