CALGARY - The Calgary mom who admitted inflicting more than two years of “physical harm and psychological terror” on her daughter is now disputing some of the agreed facts.

Defence counsel Mike Oykman said Friday he has provided an amended statement of facts to the Crown in the hopes of continuing the woman’s sentencing hearing.

Oykman told provincial court Judge Mike Dinkel the differences are more nuances than major factual changes.
