One of RCMP's Most Wanted was arrested after a house fire in Lynn Lake was deemed arson. The fire broke out after 7 a.m. Friday.

The local fire department was able to extinguish the blaze.

But it was deemed suspicious, and the Office of the Fire Commissioner was called in to investigate.

Shortly after 1 p.m., RCMP arrested Deryle Richard Johson, 39, of Brochet and charged him with arson to property, utter threats to property, three counts of resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer with a weapon, and failure to comply with a probation order.

In total, Johnson is facing 27 charges related to three separate incidents.

He will appear in Thompson Provincial Court on March 10, 2014.
