Ottawa cops were in the right place at the right time when a man exposed himself at Mooney's Bay Park on Tuesday morning.

Cops who were already in the area were able to respond quickly, and arrested Donald Popadick, 62, at the scene after the 9 a.m., incident. Popadick is charged with committing an indecent act and mischief.

In this incident, police say an adult male exposed himself to a person near a pathway in the popular west end park.

It was not the first time someone had exposed themselves in the park. Cops say they've had several similar complaints since April 14. So far, Popadick is charged only with the April 29 event.
