A Kleinburg-area man has lost his sports car and faces stunt driving charges after police alleged they clocked him travelling at 240 km/h on Hwy. 407.

OPP apprehended a driver of a a black Nissan GT-R on the highway, near Pine Valley Dr. in Vaughan, around 10:30 p.m. Monday. The posted speed limit was 100 km/h.

Vince Lisi, 18, was slapped with a seven-day license suspension, had his car impounded for a week. He faces charges of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, stunt driving and being unable to present a driver’s licence to an officer.
