A 19-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to threatening and harassing Rehtaeh Parsons' father.

The man, who was arrested in April, is due back in court June 2, 2015 for trial on uttering threats and criminal harassment charges, a spokeswoman from the Nova Scotia Public Prosecution Office said.

It's alleged the man told Glen Canning in an anonymous YouTube comment he would be "going to visit" his dead daughter if he keeps being "lippy."

Nova Scotia RCMP said search warrants were executed to obtain IP addresses, and a computer and electronic storage devices were seized from a home in Eastern Passage, a Halifax suburb.

Parsons, 17, was taken off life-support last April following a suicide attempt. Her parents alleged she'd been sexually assaulted and a photo of the attack was circulated to schoolmates electronically.
