WINNIPEG — Police say a Winnipeg man crashed his bicycle into a parked car, then stabbed the driver who went to see if he was OK.

It happened in the city late Wednesday.

A 44-year-old man and a friend were sitting inside a parked vehicle when a bike crashed into it.

When the driver jumped out to see if he was alright, police said the cyclist stabbed him, then got back on his bike and rode away.
