A recent study in the U.K. asked people to estimate how much sugar was in a range of drinks. While many overestimated the amount in soft drinks, they underestimated levels in so-called healthy drinks, such as smoothies and fruit juices.

Some of these healthy drinks are very high in sugar and can contribute to obesity, especially when people people aren't fully aware of what they are consuming.
