WINNIPEG -- A Manitoban is apparently among the winners in the latest Lotto Max draw.

The Western Canada Lottery Corporation says four of the 13 $1-million Maxmillions prizes up for grabs in Friday’s draw were either won or shared.

One of the prize-winning tickets was sold in Manitoba. It’s not clear if the ticketholder won their prize outright or will have to split a million bucks with another ticketholder from somewhere else in Canada.

There were no winners in last week’s main draw. This Friday’s jackpot is pegged at $50 million, with an estimated 26 Maxmillions prizes, the WCLC said.
