B.C. golf pals score $30M Lotto Max win

VANCOUVER — Four golfing buddies in Langley, B.C., will split $30 million after winning Friday's Lotto Max jackpot.
Ian McMurtrie, Wayne Miller, Tom Moryson and Joe Scully have already made vacation plans to Pebble Beach, Calif., for "some quality time on the links."
McMurtrie found out about his good fortune on TV Saturday while making breakfast. He started calling his friends, one of whom hung up on him, thinking it was a joke.
"I thought it's the Masters weekend and they're probably trying to get me to come over and watch golf and have a few beers, so I hung up," Scully said.
It wasn't until he received an e-mailed copy of the big win that it finally hit him.
The friends are also thinking about a trip to Augusta, Ga., to catch next year's Masters golf tournament and celebrate their first-year anniversary of the millionaire lifestyle.
