There are 24 new millionaires in Canada following last night's Lotto Max draw.

Their numbers came up in Friday night's draw, but the $50 million jackpot which has been up for grabs for four weeks continues to elude players.

The winning tickets were sold in Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia, Atlantic Canada and Western Canada.

The November 2nd draw will offer total prizes worth about $100 million, including the $50 million jackpot and 50 $1-million dollar prizes.

With Lotto Max, any amount over the $50 million jackpot is divided into $1 million prizes called Maxmillions.
