Christmas arrived early for one lucky Ontarian Saturday.

The winning ticket for the $50 million jackpot from Friday's Lotto Max draw was bought in the Toronto area, according to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.

There are also three second prize tickets in Ontario worth $149,887 - all of which were also bought in the Toronto-area.

This is the second $50 million Lotto Max jackpot win in Ontario in December.

The winning ticket for $50 million from the November 30 draw has still been unclaimed. That winning ticket was sold in Cambridge, Ont.

The OLG says that Ontarians have now won all or part of six $50 million Lotto Max jackpots in 2012.

You can check winning numbers on olg.ca, by visiting a lottery retailer or by calling OLG's WIN! Line at (416) 870-8946 (Toronto area) or toll free at 1-866-891-8946 (outside the Toronto area).
