Ont. couple wins $15.5M lottery jackpot

NIAGARA FALLS, Ont. — Stanley and Lottie Czaplicki were 1,000 times off when they thought they started the new year by winning $15,500 in the lottery.

In fact, they had won $15.5-million in the Lotto 6/49 draw on Dec. 29.

The Niagara Falls couple collected their prize at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. office in Toronto Thursday.
