TORONTO – Robert Piluso is so thankful he needed to break a $20 bill to pay his dogwalker.
Piluso went to the Mac's store near Victoria Park and Van Horne avenues. Thursday evening, and handed the money to the clerk behind the counter. He then felt an old lottery ticket in his pocket.
Moments later, the machine informed him he'd hit the $20-million jackpot.
"I thought I'd check it and music started playing and now I'm here," Piluso, 39, told media at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. Friday. "I'm still in shock, I haven't slept yet. This is incredible."
