Zero work, zero grade.

That’s what a proposed Edmonton School Board policy change could suggest for the city’s students.

The issue of whether teachers should be able to hand out zero grades to students who do not hand in assignments made headlines when Edmonton teacher Lyndon Dorval was suspended, and ultimately fired, for defying school policy and giving students zeros during the 2011-12 school year.
