This is an early Christmas gift Mayor Rob Ford likely doesn't want.

Lawyer Clayton Ruby filed his factum in the Ford conflict of interest appeal Christmas Eve.

The document - arguing in favour of the judge's original decision tossing Ford out of office - was filed by Ruby on behalf of his client, Paul Magder.
