TORONTO -- The spouse of premier-designate Kathleen Wynne is listed as the part owner of a company which does business with the Ontario government and organizations funded through the provincial treasury.

According to MPPs' 2012 Public Disclosures, Jane Rounthwaite had a 50% share that year in The Osborne Group Toronto Inc.

The company was described as a vendor of record for the Ontario government with the exception of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and the Ministry of Aboriginal Affairs, which were led at the time by Wynne.

Wynne and Rounthwaite have been partners for 25 years and are married.
