Driver on cellphone ignores traffic cop
By QMI Agency

SUDBURY, Ont. - Police say a driver was talking on his cellphone Tuesday when he attempted to drive through the city's busiest intersection - contrary to the instructions of a cop who was directing traffic because the street lights weren't working.

The driver received a $155 ticket.

The lights were out from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
