Hey, hey it's a monkey.

What a smartly dressed monkey was doing at a North York Ikea store on Sunday remains a mystery.

But when shoppers at the sprawling north end store, near Leslie St. and Sheppard Ave. E., spotted the primate, wearing a warm coat, just before 4 p.m., they were left scratching their heads.

"We just saw this little thing running around," shopper Lisa Lin said. "'Oh, it's a monkey!' It was really cute."

While making some returns at the store, Lin snapped a photograph of the small monkey which was wearing a beige shearling coat.
