Topless Iranian women protest hijab
By QMI Agency

Warning: The video below contains nudity!

A couple of Iranian women bared their breasts in Sweden over the weekend in protest of a specific piece of clothing.

"No to hijab," was painted on the torsos of the women, seen in a YouTube video speaking to a small crowd in Stockholm.

The topless protest echoes those staged by the group FEMEN, which says the women are activists from the Communist Party of Iran. FEMEN drew attention last month when some of their members tried to block former Italian premier Silvio Berlusconi from voting in the country's elections.

"Hijab is not my choice," says one of the women, who wears a black veil throughout the two-minute speech. "Hijab is a tool for the discrimination of women," she says as she removes her coat and the other woman doffs her hijab.

"Just freedom, just equality. My nudity is my protest," the speaker says.
