Would you like fries with that? How about some heroin?

Police in Pittsburgh, Pa., say a drive-thru employee at a McDonald's was caught selling heroin in a Happy Meal box.

Authorities allege the suspect would know when someone wanted heroin because they'd come to the drive-thru and say, "I'd like to order a toy," the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported.

"The customer would then be told to proceed to the first window where they would be handed a Happy Meal box containing heroin," Mike Manko, a spokesman for the district attorney's office, told the newspaper.

He said a box included 10 "stamp bags" of heroin along with a Happy Meal toy.

A 26-year-old woman was arrested Wednesday.
