Now that's what you call cheeky.
A man accused of robbing a woman at a ferry terminal in Washington state last Tuesday was nabbed after trying to friend her on Facebook the next day.
The Kitsap Sun reported that Riley Allen Mullins, 28, was charged Friday with second-degree robbery.
Police say the woman was listening to headphones when she was struck on the head from behind. The suspect grabbed her iPod and purse and took off.
The woman described the suspect to police and said he had a triangle tattoo on his neck.
The following day, she called police to inform them the man who robbed her had just friended her on Facebook. She suspected Mullins had found her name from her identification card.
"When she saw the picture (of the suspect), she immediately recognized him as the person who had assaulted her and robbed her," police told the paper.
Police confirmed the Facebook account was registered to Mullins and that his profile photo shows he has a triangle tattoo.
