Call it a fixer-upper, but an 800-year-old Tuscan village could be yours.

Pratariccia, a medieval village "perched on a scenic plateau," is for sale on eBay for about $3.1 million.

The 20-acre property, which has been deserted for 50 years, is described as "to be restored." It includes 25 stone cottages and "other agricultural buildings," as well as eight acres of pasture and arable land.

Pratariccia is located about 40 km from Florence, and near historic monasteries and the 13th-century Poppi Castle. It borders a national forest.

The price is negotiable, the listing noted.
