Gun advocate Alex Jones goes off on Piers Morgan

CNN's Piers Morgan could barely get a word in against Alex Jones, reported creator of the petition to deport the Brit.

Morgan, host of talk show Piers Morgan Tonight, has been targeted for his criticism of U.S. gun laws in the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary massacre.

Jones, a talk show host himself, called Morgan a "hatchet man of the new world order" and attacked everything from drug companies to the U.K. phone hacking scandal in rapid succession.

He even went as far as suggesting a boxing match with the 47-year-old former British tabloid editor.

"You think you're a tough guy? Have me back with a boxing ring in here, and I'll wear my red, white and blue and you can wear your Jolly Roger," Jones said.

When prompted by Morgan, Jones expressed his belief in the widespread conspiracy theory that the U.S. government had a hand in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

Jones said he owns "probably more than 50 firearms."

"I sleep very comfortably outside Austin, Texas," Jones said, mocking the host in a British accent.

The petition to deport Morgan has reached over 100,000 signatures.
