Casey Anthony, the Florida woman who was acquitted in 2011 of murdering her two-year-old daughter, is so experienced with the legal system that she might be considering a job as a paralegal, her lawyer told ABC News Monday.
Anthony, 26, recently filed for bankruptcy. She was charged in 2008 with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose body was found in a plastic bag in a wooded area near the house of Anthony's parents.
She has been unemployed for four years and almost $800,000 in debt, ABC reported.
Her attorney, Charles Greene, told ABC that Anthony might be interested in pursuing paralegal work.
"She's better than many paralegals I know," Greene said. "She could be a paralegal or something like that right away. She is very organized, a very intelligent, very computer savvy person, so I think her skills and her desire may lie somewhere in that field."
