A man wielding two knives created commotion outside Britain's Buckingham Palace Sunday.
Talhat Rehman, 54, was part of a crowd of tourists before he took a knife to his chest and throat, according to The Telegraph. He was quickly Tasered and taken away by police.
He's facing two weapons charges and one count of "affray," or creating fear among the public using violence.
