After giving a Florida judge the finger, a Miami woman has apologized for flipping him off.

The judge then dropped contempt charges and vacated her jail sentence.

Penelope Soto said she was under the influence of drugs and alcohol when she made the obscene middle-finger gesture at Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat.

"I normally don't act like that," she said, fighting back tears.

Video of the confrontation became a viral hit. At least until the Harlem Shake came along.
