Mitt Romney is losing count of his ever-expanding clan.

On Friday, he U.S. presidential hopeful tweeted: "Our 22nd grandchild was officially adopted today: Kieran James Romney."

The problem is that Mitt said the same thing when his last grandchild was born. Romney’s daughter-in-law Jen gave birth to a little boy this summer, prompting Mitt to send a tweet welcoming grandchild "#22."

The adopted child's name is Kieran, which is Gaelic for 'little dark one.'
