A killer drunk driver jailed six years ago was arrested again for another deadly impaired driving accident -- killing the brother of the judge who sent him to prison.
The latest fatality happened Saturday in Belen, N.M., 50 km south of Albuquerque, when a pickup truck driven by a drunken Jacob Williams, 27, crossed the centre line and struck a motorcycle, FoxNews.com reports.
The impact instantly killed Daniel Sanchez, 51, and injured his daughter Magen, 11, a passenger on the motorcycle.
Sanchez is the brother of District Court Judge William Sanchez who presided over Williams' 2008 trial in which he pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
The judge sentenced Williams to six years in a plea deal.
In that crash, Williams failed to stop at an intersection and killed another motorcyclist.
In the most recent death, Williams had a blood-alcohol level that was twice the legal limit, FoxNews.com reports.
